My boys love this. We have added foot massages with ‘sweet dream cream’ before bed and it has really made a difference!
dryft magnesium cream has become a favourite in our house. My 9 year old son loves his nightly foot massage with it and it’s such a nice way for him to wind down before bed. I’ve already had to buy another tub because the first one mysteriously disappeared… only to be found in my teenage daughter’s room! She loves using it too and says she wakes up feeling really rested. Since using Dryft magnesium cream, I've noticed that I am getting a much more settled nights sleep. I'm waking less during the night, and feeling more relaxed at bed time.
Even though I don't have any young children, I use the kids cream and it works really well for me.
I prefer this to any of the sprays I've tried, which have always left my skin feeling itchy and sticky.

Absolutely love this cream! Such a staple in our nighttime routine as baby gal loves a foot rub! The cream is such a nice consistency and a little goes a long way! Has also made wind down so much better for girly who seems to get a second wind
