At dryft, we aim to make your experience simple, fast, and stress-free. Below is everything you need to know about how we pack and deliver your order within New Zealand.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
This includes all urban and rural addresses nationwide.

International shipping is not available at this stage.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been placed, please allow:

  • 1 business day for order processing and packing

  • 2–5 business days for delivery to most New Zealand addresses

  • An extra 1–3 business days for rural delivery (RD)

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Common options include:

  • Urban delivery: flat rate or calculated rate

Rural delivery: additional courier surcharge applied automatically

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress at any time.

Shipping Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • failed delivery attempts

  • courier redirection requests

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us using the contact form and we will investigate with the courier.

We will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the parcel and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
