How do I use your products?
Our magnesium products are designed to be simple and gentle to use as part of your child’s daily routine. Start by applying a small amount to clean, dry skin on the soles of the feet, legs, or lower back.
What are the benefits of magnesium?
Magnesium is an essential mineral that supports many natural processes in the body, including normal muscle and nerve function, energy production, bone development, relaxation pathways and the body’s natural sleep-wake rhythm. Many families use magnesium topically as part of a calming evening routine. Our formulations are designed to be gentle, kid-friendly, and suitable for sensitive skin, using naturally derived ingredients and cosmetic-grade magnesium chloride. (Note: Our products do not claim to treat or cure medical conditions. They are cosmetic products intended to support comfort and wellbeing.)
Do you ship to my location?
We are currently only shipping nationwide in New Zealand.
Can I use the kids version of the magnesium cream?
Yes, this would be effective on adults, however a more gentler version due to the reduced elemental magnesium content of the kids magnesium cream when compared with the adults magnesium cream.
How long does a jar typically last?
This depends on your usage. If using nightly on children, the 60ml jar should typically last between 6-8 weeks when using a pea-sized amount, depending on how many children you're using it on and how much. For the larger 120ml jar, this should be approximately 8-12 weeks. For the adults 120ml jar, as usage is typically more, and depending on where it is applied, this jar can last between 6-10 weeks.
Is this safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Yes our products can be safe used on pregnant and breastfeeding women with magnesium requirements typically being higher for these life stages and safe to use essential oils within the creams.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Our policy includes returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless there is a quality concern. If you have any questions about your order, just reach out, we’re here to help.
